KLA Industries in Wyoming, MI seeks a Controls Engineer II to lead full lifecycle of custom automation projects, from concept through commissioning. The role requires strong electrical design, PLC/HMI programming, and hardware-software integration using Rockwell/Allen-Bradley platforms.

The candidate will design electrical panels with AutoCAD Electrical, coordinate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and travel up to 15% to customer sites.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• 5+ years designing, building, and programming automation systems.
• Experience with NEC/NFPA 79 and RIA TR R15.06.
• Rockwell Automation/Allen-Bradley experience required.
• AutoCAD Electrical competency.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.

Mansioni

• Provide technical design and programming for machine controls.
• Integrate robotics, vision, VFDs, and servo systems into control logic.
• Design electrical panels and I/O maps using AutoCAD Electrical.
• Develop robot paths and offline programming for deployment.
