Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on automation commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Strong PLC logic troubleshooting and multi-axis robotics experience.
• Ability to read electrical prints and schematics on the fly.
• Willingness to travel 50–80% across NA and select international sites.
• U.S. citizen or green card holder with valid passport.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal commissioning and live-wire debug before shop floor release.
• Calibrate multi-axis robots and EOAT checks.
• Diagnose PLC logic, servos, vision, pneumatics, and safety interlocks.
• Oversee onsite installations and train customer personnel.
• Coordinate with design, PMs, and build teams to isolate issues.
• Maintain field progress logs and issue lists.
