Thermo Systems LLC is seeking a Senior Control Systems Engineer to lead energy-focused automation projects in Fort Washington, PA or Arlington, TX with travel up to 50%. You will guide full project lifecycles, design I/O, architecture, and testing, and mentor junior engineers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in control systems, PE license or equivalent, and a strong background in electrical/mechanical/software engineering.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science with relevant experience.
• 10+ years of total experience in control systems engineering.
• 3+ years as a Control Systems Project Engineer II (or equivalent).
• Professional Engineer license and/or related certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex control system design including I/O and architecture.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across projects.
• Collaborate with project leadership to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Support business development through technical proposals and presentations.
• Drive QA and adherence to company design standards.
