The Senior Control Systems Engineer role focuses on leading energy-focused control system projects, especially for thermal and electrical energy plants, with deep expertise in chillers, HRSGs, boilers, turbines, and related balance-of-plant equipment.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of total experience in control systems or related field.
• 3+ years as a Control Systems Project Engineer II (or equivalent).
• PE license and/or relevant certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex system design, including I/O design, architecture, submittals, and testing documentation.
• Mentor engineers and provide expert guidance across technical, financial, and operational domains.
• Drive company design standards and quality through the QMS.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery.
• Support business development through technical proposals and presentations.
• Provide responsive problem-solving support and lead project tasks on schedule and budget.
• Serve as primary customer contact for assigned projects and identify scope changes.
