The role focuses on PLCs, HMI, robotics, vision, and Lean methods to improve equipment performance. Base salary ranges from $112,000 to $154,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 7+ years in a similar role preferred.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley controls and HMI systems.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with validation protocols and regulatory concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop or participate in solutions for assigned projects.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and other functions on regulatory issues.
• Write, implement, and report validation activities.
• Design tests, collect data, and report results.
• Lead change control and NCR/CAPA investigations.
• Mentor and guide plant teams on equipment and processes.
• Support multi-functional teams across product lines.
