Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required, Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in a similar role and Rockwell PLC experience.
• Strong hands-on electrical/schematic reading and AutoCAD drafting skills.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing, process validation, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a Controls Engineering Team and provide day-to-day engineering support.
• Lead analysis of plant capacity, process optimization and automation.
• Perform validation planning/execution using lean techniques.
• Design and perform testing, experiments, and data analysis.
• Coordinate with multi-functional teams on projects for new/existing product lines.
• Provide technical mentorship and leadership for complex projects.
• Maintain capital budgets and assist in equipment start-up and commissioning.
• Mentor others and drive innovation within the plant.
