Job summary

Beehive Industries seeks a Lead Engineer, Controls Software to drive the design, development, and validation of gas turbine engine control software for advanced propulsion systems. You will work with cross‑functional teams to optimize engine performance and support testing and qualification activities.

The role requires expertise in control theory, MATLAB/Simulink modeling, and embedded software, with heavy emphasis on HIL/SIL environments and FADEC integration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years in controls engineering or embedded software for aerospace.
Experience with control system software development and validation.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and validate engine control software and models.
Maintain software requirements, architecture, and documentation.
Perform control system analysis including stability and tuning.
Support EEC/FADEC integration and hardware-in-the-loop testing.
