Job summary

Commercial Metals Company is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to develop and manage robotics initiatives across multiple manufacturing facilities. The role includes remote support, maintaining troubleshooting hardware, and contributing to disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in PLC programming with Allen-Bradley controls and legacy PLC 5/ControlLogix environments.
• 10+ years in SCADA/HMI systems including WonderWare, PanelView, Ignition.
• Experience specifying, installing, and scaling field devices (motors, RTDs, load cells, transmitters, valve positioners).

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and implement robotics projects across manufacturing facilities.
