Responsibilities

• Leads accounting and financial close for quarterly and annual statements (GAAP, statutory, tax).
• Coordinates audited financial statements and regulatory reports.
• Oversees federal/state income tax reporting and compliance.
• Prepares financial statement analyses for management and board.
• Develops and enforces internal controls and accounting policies.
