Job summary

firstPRO 360 is seeking an experienced Controller to lead its accounting and financial reporting functions. This finance leader will oversee accounting operations, ensure accurate reporting, strengthen internal controls, and partner with executive leadership to support growth.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of accounting experience, is a CPA, and brings public and industry accounting exposure; advanced Excel skills and ERP systems experience are essential to drive efficiency and reliable

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibility.
CPA required.
Experience with GAAP and financial reporting.
Public accounting and industry accounting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, payables, receivables, payroll, and reporting.
Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team with strong processes.
Manage month-, quarter-, and year-end close for timely reporting.
Prepare and review financial statements and analyses.
Ensure GAAP compliance and internal control requirements.
Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and initiatives.
