The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to improve forecasting, manage accruals/deferrals, and drive a multi-round budget reforecast while maintaining covenant terms and monitoring burn rate.

Qualifications

• Forecasting accuracy improvements through cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Curiosity to challenge assumptions with data.
• 7+ years of end-to-end ownership of outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Sit beside the Eugene controller on accruals, deferrals, and journal entries.
• Carry the senior budget reforecast through three rounds of leadership review.
• Read covenant terms closely enough to keep the lender calm.
• Watch the burn rate and sound the alarm a quarter early.
• Build the Internal Controls model that finally retires the manual workbook.
• Settle expense reports fast enough that nobody chases you twice.
