Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive Accounting and/or Finance experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing accounting or finance teams.
• CPA, CMA or other professional accounting designation preferred.
• Construction, electrical contracting, or project-based accounting experience highly preferred.
• Strong job costing and project profitability analysis experience.

Aufgaben

• Serve as top Accounting and Finance leader for the organization.
• Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to the President.
• Oversee all accounting functions including AP, AR, payroll oversight, payroll tax reporting and reconciliation, and general accounting activities.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning processes.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance.
• Conduct job costing analysis and provide insight into project profitability.
• Develop financial models and analysis to support decision-making.
• Evaluate operational costs and identify opportunities for improved efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain internal controls, financial processes, and accounting policies.
• Ensure compliance with financial, tax, regulatory, and reporting requirements.
• Lead annual audit activities and coordinate with external accounting partners.
• Support executive leadership with financial analysis for strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.
• Evaluate and recommend accounting software and financial system improvements.
• Drive financial modernization and transition from legacy processes.
• Provide leadership for accounting, administrative, and human resources functions.
• Partner with leadership to develop scalable financial systems for growth.
• Strengthen communication and financial transparency across departments.
