Job summary

Peregrine Technologies, Inc. seeks a seasoned Controller to partner with the CFO and scale the accounting function for the next growth stage.

You will oversee audits, policies, controls, and the evolution of finance systems, including NetSuite, to support global expansion and regulatory readiness. You will lead a high-performing team, drive accurate close processes, and provide technical accounting leadership for complex revenue models across enterprise software, subscriptions, and services.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive accounting and finance experience in high-growth tech companies.
• Experience leading accounting teams through growth and scale.
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills with finance and business partners.
• Technical accounting expertise including enterprise software, SaaS, and subscriptions.
• Experience leading external audits and building scalable close processes.
• ERP and finance systems implementation experience; NetSuite preferred.
• Public-company or IPO-readiness experience is a plus.
• International accounting and consolidation experience preferred.
• Big 4 background strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale a high-performing accounting team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale Peregrine's accounting organization, including GL, revenue, AP, AR, and financial reporting.
• Own and improve monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for accuracy and scalability.
• Provide technical accounting leadership across complex matters including subscription revenue models.
• Lead the external audit and establish sustainable audit and reporting processes.
• Build and strengthen accounting policies, controls, and governance for growth.
• Lead NetSuite implementation and develop scalable finance infrastructure.
• Support international expansion, new entities, and global consolidation.
• Develop a high-performing accounting team and readiness for public-company operations.
