Job summary

OCI Energy LLC seeks an experienced Controller located in San Antonio, TX, reporting to the CFO of OCI Enterprises. The role provides leadership for accounting operations, SOX controls, budgeting, and strategic planning within a small, cohesive team.

The Controller will oversee month-end close, consolidations, cash management with the corporate treasurer, and interactions with auditors. Candidates should have a CPA and 10+ years of US GAAP experience, preferably in energy/renewables or

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA required.
10+ years of US GAAP experience.
Experience in power generation/renewable or manufacturing is a plus.
Strong PC skills in Windows environment; proficient with Excel, Word, Oracle.
Prior supervisory/management experience with strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage multi-company consolidations and elimination of inter-company transactions.
Participate in monthly closing and reporting per US GAAP with timely financial statements to management and banks.
Oversee accuracy of month-end and annual financial reports and accompanying narratives.
Monitor project expenditures vs. budget and assist with budget development.
Supervise up to three direct reports and drive process improvements and SOX controls.
