Job summary

Epic Health seeks an experienced Controller to lead accounting operations for a multi‑state healthcare enterprise, including MSO and affiliated entities. This hands‑on leadership role reports to the CFO and requires strong GAAP knowledge, controllership experience, and the ability to implement scalable processes.

Responsibilities include the general ledger, monthly close, consolidations, intercompany accounting, revenue recognition, internal controls, and financial reporting across entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 8–12+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience in multi-entity accounting and intercompany transactions.
• Lead monthly close, consolidations, and financial reporting.
• Healthcare revenue recognition expertise desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own general ledger and monthly, quarterly, and annual close across entities.
• Prepare consolidated and entity financial statements.
• Oversee intercompany transactions, eliminations, and revenue recognition.
• Maintain GAAP compliance and internal controls.
• Lead accounting team and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate external audits and lender reporting.
