Job summary

Epic Health is seeking an experienced Controller to lead the accounting operations for a complex multi-entity healthcare enterprise. You will manage the general ledger, monthly close, financial reporting, and internal controls while partnering with Revenue Cycle, Operations, Technology, and HR to drive accuracy and performance.

Reporting to the CFO, you will guide the accounting team through multi-entity consolidations, intercompany activity, and authoritative reporting across state lines.

Qualifications

• Requires strong technical accounting foundation
• Demonstrated controllership leadership experience
• Experience with multi-entity consolidations and US GAAP

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations, close, and financial reporting across multiple entities and states.
• Oversee journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany accounting and eliminations.
• Maintain accounting policies and ensure compliance with US GAAP.
• Coordinate external audits, tax support, and lender reporting.
• Drill into variances and drive improvements to close efficiency and accuracy.
