Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance or related field or equivalent experience
• 3 years related experience
• Experience managing financial operations for complex, multi-unit or national accounts
• Proven ability to lead budgeting, forecasting, and period close processes

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial operations across a large or multi-site portfolio.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and period close processes that support strategic decisions.
• Analyze financial performance and deliver insights that drive profitability and efficiency.
• Create and present client-specific financial reports aligned with project requirements.
• Partner with senior leaders as a trusted financial advisor supporting growth initiatives.
• Drive process improvements, controls, and automation to enhance financial performance.
• Support financial systems, cashless technology, and POS tools while guiding adoption and usage.
