A leading industrial distributor is seeking a Controller to manage financial operations for a multi-location unit based in Fort Worth, TX. This hands-on leadership role involves overseeing financial reporting, operational finance, and team management. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or distribution. The position is full-time and requires working in the office with no remote options available.

Competenze

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Proven experience managing multi-site or divisional financial operations.
• Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred.

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting ensuring GAAP compliance.
• Partner with division leadership to drive profitability and cost control initiatives.
