Job summary

CEC Entertainment, LLC seeks an experienced Controller to lead accounting operations across the United States and Canada. The role focuses on GAAP compliance, real estate lease accounting, and membership-based revenue recognition, guiding a multi-location accounting team through month-end close, audits, and process improvements.

The ideal candidate has CPA certification, 10+ years in accounting, and strong leadership across dispersed teams, with ERP and advanced Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a large accounting team across US/Canada.
• Oversee GL, month- and year-end close, and consolidated statements.
• Manage payroll, AP, and AR with strong internal controls.
• Oversee real estate lease accounting under ASC 842/IFRS 16.
• Ensure GAAP compliance across US/Canada, with cross-border considerations.
• Support audits and regulatory reporting in multiple jurisdictions.
