Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 7+ years progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong technical accounting background with deep knowledge of GAAP.
• Proven experience working within multi-entity corporate structures.
• Experience with PDI Technologies ERP software in fuel distribution or convenience store environments.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting functions for multiple entities, including GL, close processes, and consolidated reporting.
• Ensure GAAP compliance across fuel distribution, retail, and real estate operations.
• Prepare timely financial statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts.
• Lead audit preparation, regulatory reporting, and risk management initiatives.
• Manage cash flow, billing, collections, treasury, and vendor payments.
• Develop and enforce internal control systems to safeguard assets.
