Granite Communication and Security LLC seeks a hands-on Controller to lead accounting, administrative, and compliance functions across five entities in Low Voltage, Construction Infrastructure, VOIP, and related lines. You will own financial reporting, job costing, payroll administration, and internal controls while building a strong accounting team.

The role requires managing AR, AIA billing, vendor payments, and multi-site accounting, ensuring GAAP compliance and accurate project costing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience supervising accounting personnel is required.
• Experience managing accounting for multiple entities.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online for 7+ years preferred.
• Construction or service contracting accounting experience preferred.
• Strong internal controls and compliance knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Oversee AR, AIA billing, collections and customer invoicing.
• Manage 100+ active projects' accounting and WIP.
• Analyze labor, materials, subcontracts, and overhead costs.
• Prepare monthly WIP schedules and revenue recognition.
• Review contracts, subcontracts, and lien waivers.
• Oversee payroll for 65+ employees and benefits.
• Maintain intercompany accounting across five entities.
• Develop accounting policies and internal controls.
