Upcoresolutions seeks a Senior Controller to lead accounting, payroll, and accounts payable, ensuring timely month-end close and accurate financial reporting. The role acts as the primary liaison with external auditors and drives process improvements in mortgage servicing finance.

You will oversee cash flow, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany accounts, and controls to deter fraud, while ensuring GAAP compliance and supporting budgeting and forecasting.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA, or equivalent professional certification.
• 15+ years' progressive experience in accounting.
• 10+ years' experience in a senior accounting role within mortgage servicing/financial services, including Controller-level experience.
• Experience managing people and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and investor reporting requirements (e.g., Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac).
• Experience with MSR valuation and financial audits.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
