UpCore Solutions is seeking a Senior Controller to lead accounting, payroll, and accounts payable, ensuring timely month-end closes and accurate financial reporting. You will coordinate with external auditors and drive process improvements across the finance function.

The role requires deep GAAP knowledge, risk management, and the ability to guide budgeting, forecasting, and policy development while mentoring the accounting team.

Formación

• 15+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 10+ years in a senior accounting role within mortgage servicing/financial services.
• CPA or equivalent certification.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Strong financial reporting, summarization, and executive presentation skills.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and investor reporting requirements.
