The Methodical Group, a global staffing and workforce solutions firm, is seeking a Senior Controller for a major enterprise-scale financial services client. This leadership role oversees corporate accounting, financial reporting, payroll, and accounts payable across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S.

GAAP. The ideal candidate has deep MSR valuation experience, investor reporting, and a track record of strengthening internal controls in large mortgage servicing

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA license or equivalent professional certification.
• 15+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 10+ years senior-level experience in mortgage servicing or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and MSR valuation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead corporate accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and ensure timely financial statements.
• Manage consolidated financial reporting across multiple legal entities.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate MSR valuation activities with external specialists and investors.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and enterprise financial planning.
