Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent professional accounting certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for accounting, payroll, and accounts payable across multiple entities.
• Oversee timely month-end and year-end close, financial statements, and internal management reporting.
• Serve as primary finance contact for external auditors and coordinate multiple audits.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Oversee MSR accounting and valuation, coordinating with third-party firms for accurate reporting.
• Document and communicate positions on accounting standards and their impact.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing accounting team.
