London Bay is seeking a seasoned accounting leader to manage the daily operations of a full-service accounting department and oversee financial management for Homebuilding entities in coordination with the CFO.

The role requires 8+ years in accounting with 5+ in construction, deep experience in Sage 300/NetSuite, and strong Excel/AI capabilities. CPA preferred; expect high collaboration with the CFO and senior management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressively responsible accounting work, with 5+ years in construction.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise accounting department staff and resources; mentor and develop staff.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and safeguarding of company assets.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and assist with quarterly/year-end statements.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and manage payables; oversee payroll processing with HR.
