Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• CPA license preferred; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience in multi-entity accounting and healthcare environments is advantageous.

• Lead month-end close and financial reporting for Cypress and client entities.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and variance analyses.
• Maintain internal controls, cash management and audit support.
• Supervise accounting staff and develop SOPs; drive automation.
• Collaborate with leadership and client executives to improve processes.
