Job summary

ReviveRX, a premier licensed pharmacy, seeks a Controller to oversee all accounting operations, ensure accuracy of financial reporting, and maintain strong internal controls. The role partners with executives to provide financial insight supporting strategic growth within the pharmacy and healthcare industry.

The position requires extensive accounting leadership, GAAP expertise, and cross-functional collaboration with operations and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years progressive accounting experience.
• 5+ years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
• CPA certification.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Expertise identifying process improvement opportunities; including using system tools.
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage the general ledger, ensuring proper account reconciliation and adherence to GAAP.
• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, and cash management functions.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
• Monitor budget to actual performance and provide variance analysis and recommendations.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost efficiency.
