Revive HQ Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking an experienced accounting leader to own Revive's core accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and drive timely month-end close while strengthening controls as the business scales.

You'll collaborate across Finance, Operations, Product, and Engineering to automate workflows, improve financial systems, and provide leadership with clearer visibility into the business.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience owning month-end close, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting.
• Experience improving accounting processes, controls, or financial systems.

Responsabilidades

• Own Revive's core accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and timely month-end close.
• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger, reconciliations, intercompany activity, and accounting documentation.
• Partner with leadership to provide accurate financial reporting and insights for decisions.
• Design and standardize accounting processes, controls, and workflows to scale with the business.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations to improve financial systems and reporting.
• Leverage AI and modern finance tech to automate repetitive work and increase efficiency.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, tax professionals, and banking partners.
• Exercise independent judgment to resolve complex accounting matters and strengthen operations.
