Responsibilities

Lead full accounting function: GL, monthly close, reconciliations, internal controls, fixed assets, payroll, audits.
Oversee monthly and year-end financial statements.
Manage banking activities and cash forecasting; maintain bank relationships.
Oversee accounting activities across international offices and align with global processes.
Develop and mentor Accounting team; drive accountability and continuous improvement.
Optimize workflows with automation and technology; monitor ERP configurations.
