Job summary

Solen Software Group is seeking a senior Controller to own treasury, close, and reporting across a growing software portfolio. You will lead multi‑entity consolidations, currency management, and audit readiness, while guiding the Portugal-based shared services team.

The role_reports to the VP of Finance and requires collaboration with cross‑functional leaders. You will design scalable processes for acquisitions, oversee tax compliance, and optimize internal controls in a PE-backed, high-growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required; MBA preferred.
• CPA license is required or active/inactive.
• 10+ years in progressive accounting roles with full close cycle and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own treasury, monthly close, and stakeholder reporting across multiple entities and currencies.
• Lead multi-entity consolidations, intercompany transactions, and eliminations.
• Manage and develop accounting professionals; oversee tax compliance and audits.
• Design scalable processes for acquisitions, ERP migrations, and post‑close integration.
• Prepare stand-alone, BU, and consolidated financial statements for management and investors.
