Job summary

ElevenHundred+ is seeking a Senior Controller to lead accounting operations with a focus on GAAP financial reporting, consolidated statements, close management and audit oversight. Reporting to the CFO, you'll own day-to-day accounting, strengthen financial reporting and controls, and improve processes and systems as the firm grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Eight+ years progressive accounting experience.
• Five+ years as Controller or comparable leadership role.
• Strong GAAP knowledge, close, consolidation and external audits.
• Hands-on leader who can coach a small team.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own daily accounting and monthly close processes, including GL, journals, reconciliations and payables/receivables.
• Oversee corporate cards, expense reports, payroll coordination, and reimbursements.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and intercompany eliminations; explain variances.
• Lead external audits and coordinate with CPA firm for tax return prep.
• Manage treasury, cash flow forecasts and working capital.
• Support ERP selection/implementation and standardize workflows.
