Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience managing accounting operations for multiple entities, including international subsidiaries.
• Proficient in SAP, Oracle, and Yardi ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team.
• Oversee tax compliance and reporting for international entities.
• Lead completion of the Annual Audited Financial Statements.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS; maintain internal controls.
• Collaborate with other departments and external auditors.
• Assist in ERP optimization for multi-currency and international reporting.
