Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership
• Experience managing monthly close and financial reporting
• Experience preparing multi-entity consolidations
• Strong treasury, banking, and cash management experience
• Experience in a privately held or family-owned business is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements for multiple entities.
• Ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting and integrity of the general ledger.
• Oversee treasury activities, banking relationships, and cash management.
• Drive automation and process improvements across receivables, reporting, and cost accounting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support growth and profitability.
