Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA preferred; public company experience advantageous.
• 10+ years in accounting with 5+ in management.
• GAAP and financial reporting knowledge.
• ERP and financial software proficiency.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct all accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, payroll, and fixed assets.
• Assist CFO with GAAP financial statements and close processes.
• Develop cash flow projections, budgets, and forecasts.
• Mentor accounting team and set performance goals.
• Design internal controls for SOX compliance.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory examinations.
• Drive process improvements and automation.
