Job summary

Lambda is seeking an experienced Controller to lead and scale our accounting organization during a pivotal growth phase. Reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer, you will build a best-in-class controllership function to support a rapidly expanding AI infrastructure platform.

You will oversee general ledger, revenue recognition, fixed assets, leases, and close processes across multiple entities and product lines, while driving ERP optimization and strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• CPA required; Big 4 background strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive accounting experience including public accounting and senior leadership in a high-growth technology company.
• Deep US GAAP expertise, including revenue recognition, fixed assets, leases, and complex arrangements.
• Experience with multi-entity and international operations.
• Experience with ERP implementations or post-implementation optimization (NetSuite preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, revenue recognition, fixed assets, and lease accounting.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close across multiple entities and product lines.
• Drive ERP optimization, automation, and AI initiatives to improve accuracy and scalability.
• Strengthen internal controls and accounting policies to support SOX compliance.
• Partner with Legal, FP&A, Operations, Treasury, and cross-functional leaders on strategic decisions.
• Lead external audits and manage relationships with auditors.
• Build and mentor a high-performing accounting team focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
