Lambda is seeking an experienced Controller to lead and scale our accounting organization during a pivotal growth phase. This hands-on leadership role reports to the Chief Accounting Officer and focuses on building a best-in-class controllership to support a multi-billion-dollar AI infrastructure platform.

This position requires presence in San Jose or San Francisco offices for four days per week, with a strong emphasis on policy design, system modernization, and cross-functional collaboration

Formación

• 15+ years of progressive accounting experience in high-growth tech company.
• Experience preparing organizations for public-company standards (US GAAP/SOX).
• CPA certification is required; Big 4 background preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all aspects of accounting operations, including general ledger, revenue recognition, fixed assets, and lease accounting.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close across multiple entities and product lines.
• Drive ERP optimization and automation to improve accuracy and scalability.
• Design and strengthen internal controls and SOX-compliant policies.
• Partner with Legal, FP&A, Operations, Treasury, and cross-functional leaders.
• Manage external auditors and oversee audits and reviews.
• Build and mentor a high-performing accounting team with accountability culture.
• Advise CAO and executive leadership on accounting matters; collaborate with Tax.
