Job summary

Two Six Technologies is seeking an experienced Contracts/Subcontracts Administrator for a hybrid role at our Herndon, VA headquarters. The role covers the full lifecycle of contracts, including negotiations, pricing analysis, and subcontracts, with emphasis on FAR/DFARS compliance and risk management.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in business or related field and 5+ years in contract management, with strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to operate in a hybrid

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in a contract management/procurement role
• Experience with FAR, DFARS, and Government contracting principles
• Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Experience managing contracts across full lifecycle and various contract types
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity in Northern Virginia

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle contract administration from solicitation to closeout
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including MSAs, SLAs, licenses, NDAs
• Negotiate terms involving IP, data rights, warranties, indemnification, and liability
• Interpret contract terms and translate requirements for program teams
• Lead negotiations with government and commercial customers and partners
• Manage and execute subcontracts, perform cost/price analysis, establish terms
• Provide internal tracking on portfolio status, funding, risks, and issues
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Procurement, and program leadership to resolve issues

This is a hybrid position working from our Herndon, VA headquarters office.

What you will do:

• Lead full lifecycle contract administration, from solicitation and proposal support throughnegotiation, award, performance, modification, and closeout.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, which may include master services agreements, statements of work, software and technology licenses, SaaS agreements, vendor
  agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and other customer or supplier terms.
• Evaluate and negotiate commercial terms involving intellectual property and data rights,confidentiality, warranties, indemnification, limitations of liability, insurance, payment, acceptance,
  termination and dispute resolution in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Interpret contract terms and applicable requirements, including the FAR, DFARS, agencysupplements, and company policies; translate requirements into practical guidance for program
  teams.
• Lead negotiations with government and commercial customers, prime contractors, subcontractorsand other business partners; identify contractual and financial risks, develop mitigation strategies,and make recommendations to management.
• Manage and execute subcontracts. Develop solicitation packages, evaluatesubcontractor/supplier proposals, perform cost and price analysis, document negotiationpositions, and establish appropriate subcontract terms, clauses and flowdowns.
• Provide clear internal tracking and reporting on portfolio status, funding, deliverables, risks,actions, and emerging issues.
• Partner with program leadership, Finance, Growth, Legal, Procurement, and Capability Areas toresolve issues and support sound business decisions.

What you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equal relevant experience and professional training
• 5+ years of professional experience in a contract management/procurement role
• Demonstrated experience independently managing contracts across the full lifecycle and advisingprogram and business stakeholders
• Experience with multiple contract types, including firm-fixed-price, time and materials, cost reimbursement, IDIQ, and task orders.
• Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, applicable agency supplements, and Government contracting principles, including relevant contract laws and regulations, and DCAA/DCMA compliance
• Experience negotiating terms and conditions, identifying risk, supporting proposals, and performing or reviewing cost and price analysis
• Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements and identifying business and legal issues for escalation to the appropriate stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Solid analytical judgement, organization, and ability to manage competing priorities with limited supervision
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity in Northern Virginia

• Active TS clearance with ability to obtain SCI
