Job summary

You will be the primary liaison between L3Harris and customers, analyze costs, schedules, and production requirements, and work with cross-functional teams to prepare proposals and obtain approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years in contracts management, or graduate degree with 4+ years.
• 6–10 years’ experience in contracts management and project management.
• Ability to obtain USG clearance and travel as needed.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review RFPs, assess risk, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts.
• Serve as primary liaison between L3Harris and customers.
• Ensure contract acquisition and fulfillment per policies and requirements.
• Analyze estimates, production costs, delivery schedules for accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team for proposals and approvals.
• Negotiate terms with commercial, international, and US Government customers.
• Advise management of contractual rights and obligations.
• Present information clearly to management and broad audiences.
