Job summary

L3Harris is seeking a Senior Specialist, Subcontracts (Remote) to manage complex government procurements and lead subcontract strategies across programs. The role requires strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, cost/price analysis, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams to deliver on commitments.

Travel up to 25-30% is expected to support meetings, reviews, and site visits. A Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience (or 4+ years with a Graduate degree) is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior related subcontracts experience; graduate degree with 4+ years; in lieu of a degree, 10 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute subcontract strategies aligned with program objectives.
• Lead negotiations to establish subcontract terms and conditions.
• Monitor subcontractor performance with defined metrics and audits.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, and program management to support requirements.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to protect delivery and cost.
