Job summary

TB Alliance in New York City seeks a Senior Specialist, Contracts Administration to coordinate contracting for external professional services and internal departments in an international pharmaceutical development setting.

You will draft, negotiate, and manage a variety of agreements (consulting, confidentiality, master services, site agreements) and serve as the primary interface with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Three to eight years business experience in contracts administration in a clinical research & development setting.
• BS/BA in business or other relevant discipline.
• Working knowledge of a broad range of contract types.
• Strong detail orientation, analytical and editorial skills, and ability to manage a large number of agreements simultaneously and autonomously.
• Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Savvy with learning and managing new technology software, especially CLM/contracting database management and use of digital signature products, CFR 21 Part 11 knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office products and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and coordinates activities within contracting procedures and manages 200+ agreements annually.
• Drafts agreements using templates, including consulting, confidentiality, site and SOWs, and amendments.
• Negotiate master services agreements and research collaborations under guidance.
• Serve as primary interface with departments and external parties; coordinate approvals and execution.
• Lead CLM system administration and maintain accurate agreement records.
• Participate in special projects to improve contracting processes and training.
