Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5–7 years' contracts management experience.
• Experience in biotechnology, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare or regulated manufacturing is preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 QMS is preferred.
• Experience with CLM systems and contract playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake, drafting, negotiation, approvals, execution, storage and reporting.
• Maintain playbooks and clause libraries; organize letters of credit, quotes, invoices.
• Optimize processes to reduce cycle times and improve compliance.
• Ensure compliance with approval authorities and risk parameters; escalate issues.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Operations and Quality; report status and renewals.
