Job summary

Inotiv is seeking a Contracts Administrator to coordinate execution of commercial agreements, analyze risks, and monitor contract performance. The role involves partnering with Legal, Business Development, Risk, Operations and Finance to handle escalations and maintain a structured contract repository.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical, communication and organizational skills, with life sciences experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's with >5 years in contracts administration incl. NDAs, CDAs, MSAs and RFIs.
• JD with 2-5 years in contracts admin incl. NDA/CDA/MSA and RFIs (preferred).
• Experience in life sciences industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of commercial agreements (NDAs, CDAs, MSAs, etc.).
• Analyze risks in contract terms and identify mitigations.
• Monitor contracts for compliance, track metrics, renewals, and amendments.
• Serve as primary point of contact for contracting team with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Legal, BD, Risk, Operations and Finance on escalations.
• Maintain comprehensive contract repository with documents and amendments.
