Job summary

Inotiv is seeking a Senior Scientist to lead bioanalytical method development using LC-MS/MS and HRMS for diverse molecules. You will work within the DMPK team, developing sensitive assays and guiding transfers to clients.

The ideal candidate has a PhD or MSc with industrial bioanalytical experience, strong problem solving, and the ability to mentor junior scientists while coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Salary and benefits are competitive.

Qualifications

• PhD in Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry with 2+ years of industrial bioanalytical experience.
• MSc with 5+ years direct industrial bioanalytical experience.
• Working knowledge of in vitro metabolism/biotransformation desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop highly sensitive LC-MS/MS and HRMS methods for large and small molecules in biological matrices.
• Coordinate method transfers and client transfers.
• Communicate project timelines and data to investigators and clients.
• Mentor junior scientists and collaborate on departmental growth.
