Job summary

Areté is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to negotiate complex contracts and develop competitive cost proposals. The role is based in Tucson, AZ, and allows up to 20% remote work post-introductory period.

Qualifications

• High level of knowledge of government contracting and proposal preparation.
• Extensive experience with contract types: Cost Reimbursement, Fixed Price, Time and Materials.
• U.S. citizenship is required; Top Secret clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts for government/commercial customers.
• Prepare competitive cost strategies and proposals.
• Administer post-proposal activities like audits and negotiations.

Skills
