Qualifications

• One year in the Management Analyst title.
• A Master’s degree in Public or Business Administration with four (4) years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Contracts Unit to implement legal and human services contracts.
• Promote open, fair, and competitive procurement processes.
• Provide technical assistance to UCS stakeholders and staff.
• Coordinate with Grants, Procurement, and Fiscal Operations units for timely contract actions.
• Ensure reviewers and bidders clearly describe required services.
• Develop procurement evaluation tools to meet UCS requirements.
• Review procurement instruments and contracts with OCA Counsel.
• Respond to vendor inquiries during the RFP process.
• Coordinate proposal evaluation teams and issue contract awards.
• Supervise staff and prioritize steps for timely contract implementation.

Education

Master's degree in Public or Business Administration
