SAIC is seeking a Senior Contracts Principal to manage contracts and proposals within the Army Navy Business Group. The role requires deep government contracts knowledge, negotiation of FFP, CPFF, CPAF, T&M, and CR, and close collaboration with business development and government customers to navigate complex regulatory environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; 15+ years of experience.
• Master's degree with 13+ years of experience; PhD or JD with 10+ years of experience.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts and proposals for Army Navy Business Group (BG).
• Prepare, negotiate, and administer government contracts (FFP, CPFF, CPAF, T&M, CR).
• Provide risk analyses, negotiation strategies, and leadership briefings on contractual baselines.
• Partner with business development and government customers to shape regulatory strategies.
• Mentor contract team members and ensure adherence to FAR/DFARS/TINA/CAS.
