Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Senior Contracts Analyst to manage government contracts and proposals for the Army Navy Business Group. The role requires handling negotiations, cost proposals, and complex contractual issues with program and finance teams.

The position is 100% remote and eligible to work from anywhere within the United States. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with six+ years of experience (masters +4, PhD +0) and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; six+ years of related experience (masters +4, PhD +0).
• US citizenship required.
• Experience managing, reviewing, negotiating, and executing contracts, including government contracts.
• Ability to handle complex contractual issues with program and finance teams to mitigate risks.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and policies governing contracts (FAR, TINA, CAS).
• Cost proposal experience including risk assessment, narratives, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts and proposals in support of Army Navy Business Group.
• Prepare, negotiate, accept, and manage government contracts per company policies and requirements.
• Work remotely within the United States with independence and strong prioritization.
• Support GWACs, GSA Schedules, and other contract vehicles as needed.
