Job summary

HF Sinclair Corporation seeks a Contracts & Pricing Analyst to provide administrative and technical support for the Contracts & Pricing department. You will work with cross-functional teams to prepare contracts, set up customers, manage timelines, and ensure accurate pricing and invoicing across the business.

The role requires a minimum of eight years' related experience, with preferred petroleum industry background, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.

Qualifications

• Eight years of related work experience required.
• Four years in the petroleum industry preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and other Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Supply and Marketing to prepare contracts and set up customers.
• Lead cross-functional customer set ups with credit, tax, and accounting and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure contracts and prices are accurate and delivered timely.
• Coordinate with scheduling, billing, and accounting to ensure prompt, accurate invoices.
• Identify problems and take initiative to prevent sales issues and ensure smooth customer experience.
• Analyze customer issues and implement timely solutions within contracts and pricing policies.
• Prepare back-office setups to meet market opportunities or refinery issues.
• Develop expertise with SAP modules and pricing software (Deal Capture, DTN TABS, Atlas, Customer Portal).
• Assist with development/maintenance of marketing reports on contract expirations.
