They apply advanced knowledge and skills to serve organizational needs in a highly efficient and effective manner. They’ll need to effectively articulate relevant legal concepts and internal policies and procedures to others and have a solid understanding of the concept of legal liability and risk management.### **We’re Looking for You:**We are seeking a detail-oriented paralegal who loves working with contracts, has substantial experience reviewing and managing agreements, and who brings exceptional project management skills and a genuine enthusiasm for contract-related work.The ideal candidate has experience reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and managing a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor, consulting, technology, services, confidentiality, and other contracts, using established templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidance. They will serve as a key point of contact for contract intake, partnering with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, identifying risks, and facilitating timely contract review and execution.They will be organized, detail-oriented, and process-focused, with experience tracking contract metrics, monitoring workflow performance, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency. They help maintain contract templates, clause libraries, playbooks, and other contracting resources, support the administration of contract management systems and related technologies, and coordinate activities related to the organization's trademark and service mark portfolio.### **What You’ll Bring:*** Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of combined legal and administrative experience OR equivalent qualifications acquired through coursework and/or related job experience that demonstrates assumption of significant responsibilities for supporting and coordinating complex or specialized legal work.* Legal experience with contract review and/or contracts administration.* Experience conducting research on the Internet and in other legal resources.* Experience with MS Office, enterprise file management solutions such as SharePoint or iManage, and any other relevant technology.* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.* Communication, critical thinking and writing skills, including experience editing and drafting legal documents.* Experience in project and/or process management for efficient workflow.**Desired Qualifications*** Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural experience appreciated.* Experience tracking Trademarks portfolio(s).* Experience reviewing technology and data processing agreements.### **Salary Information:**This is an hourly, 35-hour work week position with the starting pay range generally within the range of $50,000 - $80,000. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate’s actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience.
